I'm the person behind Sarah Ames Interiors.

I help people make decisions about their homes, from figuring out why a room doesn't feel quite right to putting together a complete design.

I've always been interested in how the details of a room work together. The size of a rug, the placement of furniture, the balance of colour and texture. Small decisions can make a noticeable difference, and I enjoy working through those details.

I also understand how overwhelming decorating can feel when there are so many options.

You might know what you like but have trouble putting it together. You might be worried about buying something expensive that doesn't work. Or maybe you simply don't have the time to search through hundreds of furniture options.

That's where I come in.

I work independently, so when you book a service, you're working directly with me. I'll take the time to understand what you're looking for, how you use your space and what you're comfortable spending.

My goal is to give you useful advice and thoughtful recommendations that make the next steps easier.
